when I received your plans after our design consultation. I didn’t have to do anything at all.
Your plans were better than I could have imagined.
The quality of the work was incredible. And, what really struck me was that I was ready to clean
up after they left, but before I went into the closet I heard the vacuum running.
I tell everyone I know about Closet World and my closets are absolutely amazing.
I never thought I’d get excited about closets, but some evenings I go into my walk in closet just
to smell the cedar and admire the craftsmanship.

My Closet World designer arrived on time, was very kind, very professional, listened to what I
wanted and took infinite patience in drawing me a diagram of what I needed. She was
extremely versatile in creating a beautiful wall unit that fit my budget.
Two very qualified installers arrived at the time given. It was amazing to watch the teamwork
and how quickly they put the unit together.
I was so amazed though how easily our designer handled every little detail. I am in my
seventies and really appreciated that not once did I feel pressured. She called later to ask me if
there was anything further she could do and if I was completely satisfied. Without the slightest
hesitation the answer is yes. I find myself sitting in the living room just gazing at my books and
treasures so beautifully displayed. I wish I had done it years ago.

We started shopping around and looking into several “closet” companies. The day we had our
first appointment with Raymond, a designer for Closet World, we know we did not have to
search any further. He was waiting for us at the apartment the day of our first appointment and

Every meeting thereafter was a most positive experience. It was a pleasure to work with

On March 3, I contacted Closet World to receive an estimate on having a wall unit installed in
my home. I immediately received a return call from your designer who set up a convenient time
to come to my home. She arrived on time, was very kind, very professional, listened to what I
wanted and took infinite patience in drawing me a diagram of what I needed. She was
extremely versatile in creating a beautiful wall unit that fit my budget.
I had no idea that this project would be taken care of so easily. I was concerned about the
immediate financing and getting my room properly prepared for the unit. This would take time
on my part. Again, no problem! The date was set for May, but I was ready by April, and
seemingly with no difficulty, the date was set for April 11.
Two very qualified young men arrived at the time given. It was amazing to watch the teamwork
and how quickly they put the unit together. There was a problem of the last two panels having
the grain running the wrong way, but after a quick call to their supervisor I was promised the
problem would be taken care of within a couple days. It was.
I don’t usually write letters. I expect that a business as popular as Closet World would have
competent people working for them. I was so amazed though how easily my designer handled
every little detail. I am in my seventies and really appreciated that not once did I feel pressured.
